We are Precision Engineers based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, offering a complete development and manufacturing service, capable of producing the highest quality components quickly and competitively.

Our facilities combine fully trained personnel with the latest sophisticated machinery and because quality and precision are so vital, we implement strict quality control in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 (FM No. 02242).

At Picross we have the technical ability and the diversity of equipment to machine all metals to the highest possible precision.

We also offer ancillary services on our premises for welding, powdercoating, assembly, kitting, packaging and labeling.

We have a full range of processes available for Prototype and Production batches covering Machining, Assembly, Welding, Kitting, Powdercoating & Beadblasting with support services in specialist Inspection, Cleaning and Packaging. The next stage of our 'going green' policy was implemented last August with the commissioning of a multi-stage deep cleaning installation. Our new Hardinge CNC turning centre with live tooling and an autobar loading system has been commissioned and we have capacity available.
